Holidays
During the holidays, your package may experience delays. Due to the increased volume with delivery services, we cannot guarantee next-day delivery. We are currently working with PostNL to deliver your order as quickly as possible. If the PostNL tracker indicates that they haven’t received the package yet, it may be due to high volume at PostNL. It might take a little longer. Our apologies for the inconvenience.

Who is the carrier?
If you placed your order before 7 pm on a weekday, your order will be delivered the next business day by PostNL (unless otherwise indicated).

Does the customer receive a track & trace code?
You will always receive a track & trace code for your order. This will be sent to you by email once the package has been accepted by the carrier.

What does the carrier do if the customer is not home at the time of delivery?
PostNL: Not home? They will deliver your package to the neighbors or to a nearby PostNL point. PostNL will leave a card with a ‘not-home code’. With this code, you can see on track & trace where to pick up your package. Please note: PostNL keeps your package at a PostNL point for one week; after that, they return it to us.

What is the delivery time?
Orders placed on weekdays are delivered within 24 hours, with some exceptions extending to 48 hours during peak times due to high demand with delivery services.

What are the shipping costs?
Free for all orders.

Returns and Warranty

Right of Withdrawal
You have the right to withdraw from the agreement within a period of 30 days. The withdrawal period expires 30 days from the day you or a third party designated by you, who is not the carrier, takes physical possession of the goods. To exercise the right of withdrawal, you must inform us of your decision to withdraw from the agreement through an unambiguous statement (e.g., in writing, by post, fax, or email). You may use the model withdrawal form, but this is not mandatory. To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your communication regarding your exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired.

Consequences of Withdrawal
If you withdraw from the agreement, we will reimburse you all payments received from you, including delivery costs, promptly and in any case no later than 30 days from the day on which we are informed of your decision to withdraw from the agreement. We will reimburse you using the same payment method you used for the original transaction. In any case, no fees will be charged for such reimbursement. We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods back.

You must return the goods promptly and in any case no later than 30 days from the day on which you communicated your decision to withdraw from the agreement to us. You are on time if you send back the goods before the 30-day period has expired.

The direct costs of returning your order will be covered by us.

If you use our reply address/return label, please note that the risk of return remains with you as the consumer. Should the product be lost during return, it is at your risk. We therefore recommend (for higher order values) to insure your shipment and retain proof of dispatch.

Financing Agreement
You have the right to withdraw from the agreement within a period of 30 days without providing any reason. If the consumer exercises the right of withdrawal and the product is financed with a financing agreement, the financing agreement is automatically terminated.

You are only liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from handling other than what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics, and functioning of the goods.

Warranty
All items purchased from us are covered by the legal warranty. Legal warranty means that a product must meet what the consumer can reasonably expect from it. Some products may also come with a manufacturer's warranty. This warranty does not affect the legal warranty.
