Shipping Policy
Order Processing:
• We process orders within 1‑2 business days after the order is placed. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.
Shipping Rates:
• **Free Shipping** – Orders of $50 or more qualify for free economy shipping (5‑8 business days).
• **Flat Rate Shipping** – Orders under $50 ship for a flat rate of $5.99.
• We currently ship only within the United States. We do not ship to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO addresses.
Delivery Times:
• Economy shipping generally arrives within 5–8 business days after dispatch. Delivery times may vary depending on destination and carrier delays.
• Once your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information.
Lost or Damaged Shipments:
• If your order is lost or arrives damaged, please contact us at support@gut‑ya.biz within 7 days of receipt. We’ll work with the carrier to resolve the issue or send a replacement.
Returns & Store Credit:
• If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may
return unopened products within 30 days of delivery for store credit (see our Return & Refund Policy for full details). Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to an error on our part.
